There are so many positive things about this place which I can share as a parent. The staff is lovely and they are not only helpful with the kids but also with the parents. The learning and development aspects for a child are well looked after. My little one has learned and grown so well in the past 2 years. The only nursery I would recommend to all parents in Leicester area. The management has always understood and accommodated any special requests like early or late pick up and drop offs. The most positive thing for a child's learning is the multi cultural aspect in this nursery which offers the child to learn about other cultures from their early childhood and that helps them blend in well at later stage of life. From meals to festivities everything is celebrated well at Cradle. We as parents are really happy and blessed to have found our Mirha her second home. Keep up the good work Guys. As a parent, I cannot recommend The Cradle Nursery enough. Every time I went to pick up Arunima, the staff was absolutely wonderful and took the time to explain exactly how her day went. They were always very kind and helpful, proactively sharing details about her activities or any small issues that arose. It gave me such peace of mind knowing she was in such a supportive environment where she was clearly happy and well-cared for. Their communication and genuine kindness made a world of difference to our family!

We are truly sad to be leaving The Cradle Nursery due to our relocation, as they have provided exceptional care for our 3 years old, Arunima. We want to specifically thank Owen, Holly, Isma, Masuma, and Claire, along with the rest of the staff whose names we may have missed but who provided equally excellent service. Since joining, Arunima has become much more self-reliant and independent, and her potty training progress has been absolutely excellent. The management is also outstanding; we never had a single problem securing new slots, even on short notice, thanks to Manager Tahira's efficiency. We found the six-monthly parent meetings to be incredibly helpful and effective for tracking her development. This is an excellent nursery for the community, and while we are grateful for everything they’ve done, we are sad to say goodbye. We wish the entire team all the best and cannot recommend this nursery highly enough!

My son graduated from nursery for foundation last year(2024) The team had prepared him for 'big School' and he found it a breeze to settle in. He was ahead of most of his friends mainly because of the curriculum at cradle! I was so nervous to put my velcro baby into nursery at 10months! I can tell you this team is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My little one is better than she was, more social, stays with others for short periods of time. HAS LEARNT SO MUCH, that I possibly wouldn't have been able to teach her at home. I went in a couple of times and have seen what a great effort the team puts in and how much care they take.. Thank you to the team for doing the best and taking care of these lil ones like their own.
